Analog Room is operated by Analog Operations LLC at 1511 E. 6th Street, Austin, Texas 78702.

Please review this information before visiting. It describes our house expectations, considerations for participation, and care of personal belongings.

Visiting Analog Room

Please exercise reasonable care while moving through the room, using furniture and equipment, and entering or leaving the premises. Our space is upstairs, so take care when using the stairs.

Tell the host promptly about spills, damaged equipment, or anything that may present a safety concern.

Activities and Workshops

Participation in individual activities is voluntary. You may decline or stop an activity at any time.

Reading gatherings, workshops, breathwork, and other activities may involve different physical or emotional demands. Review the event information and any instructions from the host before participating.

If you are unsure whether an activity is appropriate for you, seek advice from a qualified professional. You do not need to disclose medical information through our general website forms.

Some independent hosts may require a separate participation agreement. This page does not replace that agreement or any informed consent required for a particular service.

Analog membership and general activities do not provide medical or mental health care.

Phones, Laptops, and Calls

Phones are checked into lockers during your visit. There is no designated phone-use area inside the room.

Laptops are welcome during Focus Hours. Keep device audio off and use headphones when needed.

Please step outside for calls. Plan online meetings elsewhere.

Speak with the host if you need access to your phone for an urgent or accessibility-related reason.

Lockers and Personal Belongings

Please secure your locker as instructed and collect your belongings before leaving.

Lockers do not guarantee against theft, loss, or damage. Avoid leaving valuables unattended, and notify the host promptly if an item is missing or damaged.

Nothing on this page excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

Food and Beverages

Ask about ingredients before consuming food or beverages if you have an allergy or dietary concern. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Take care with hot drinks and notify the host of spills.

If alcohol is offered at an event, it may be consumed only by people legally permitted to do so. Follow host instructions and arrange safe transportation.

Respect for Others

Treat visitors, hosts, furnishings, books, and equipment with care.

Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, and serious or repeated disruption are not permitted. We may ask someone to leave when reasonably necessary to protect safety or address misconduct.

Ask permission before photographing or recording other visitors. Visiting Analog Room does not, by itself, give us permission to use your likeness in promotional materials.
