Analog Room is operated by Analog Operations LLC in Austin, Texas. These terms apply to use of our website, memberships, visits, and event bookings. Please read them before purchasing a membership or ticket.

Membership access

Membership includes access during Focus Hours, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM, subject to available space, announced holiday closures, and occasional operational changes.

Seating is shared and available on a first-come basis. Membership does not include a dedicated desk, private office, or guaranteed seat.

Evening and weekend events are scheduled separately. Event admission is not included unless expressly stated.

Memberships are for the named member and cannot be shared or transferred.

Pricing and automatic renewal

Monthly memberships purchased before November 1, 2026 are $199 per month. This rate remains in place while the membership stays continuously active.

Annual memberships purchased before November 1, 2026 are $2,190 per year, paid upfront. This annual rate remains in place while the membership stays continuously active.

From November 1, 2026, new memberships are $249 per month or $2,740 per year.

Monthly memberships renew automatically each month. Annual memberships renew automatically each year. By purchasing a recurring membership and agreeing to its checkout terms, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.

Your billing frequency, price, and any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.

If your membership ends and you later rejoin, the rate available at that time applies.

Membership cancellation and refunds

You may cancel renewal at any time by emailing hello@goanalog.club from the email address associated with your membership. No explanation is required.

Cancellation stops the next renewal if your request is received before that renewal is charged. Your access continues through the end of your current paid month or year.

The time we receive your cancellation request determines its effective date, even if our confirmation follows later. If a renewal is charged after we received a timely cancellation request, contact us so we can correct it.

Cancellation does not refund the current paid membership period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days or visits, except where required by law or expressly agreed by us.

Membership benefits and guests

Membership includes coffee and tea, access to the library and vinyl listening room, priority event registration, and reduced event rates where offered.

Members may bring guests for two complimentary guest visits per month. One guest may attend at a time, must be accompanied by the member, and is subject to available space.

Guest visits apply during Focus Hours. Event tickets are separate. Unused guest visits do not carry over to another month.

Priority registration does not guarantee admission to an event. Event capacity and any member pricing will be stated in the event listing or booking offer.

First visits

Your first full day at Analog is complimentary for first-time visitors during Focus Hours.

Submitting a visit request does not confirm a reservation. We will email you to confirm your date. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to available space.

A complimentary visit does not enroll you in a paid membership or create recurring charges.

Phones, laptops, calls, and meetings

Phones are checked into lockers during your visit. There is no designated phone-use area inside the room.

Laptops are welcome during Focus Hours. Please keep device audio off and use headphones when needed.

Please step outside for calls. Plan online meetings elsewhere.

If you need access to your phone for an urgent or accessibility-related reason, speak with the host.

Respect for the room and others

Please help maintain a comfortable place for quiet work, reading, and conversation.

Treat other visitors, hosts, furnishings, books, and equipment with care. Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, and disruptive conduct are not permitted.

Follow host instructions and any guidelines posted in the room. Ask before photographing or recording other guests.

We may ask someone to leave or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect safety or address serious or repeated misconduct. Any decision to end a membership, including the treatment of unused prepaid fees, will be communicated directly and handled in accordance with applicable law.

Event tickets

Tickets apply to the event and date selected at checkout. Prices and included refreshments or materials are stated in the event listing.

Regular events are $19 and include a drink unless otherwise stated. Separately hosted workshops may have different prices and inclusions.

You may request a refund by emailing darwin@goanalog.club at least 24 hours before the scheduled start.

Within 24 hours of the event, tickets are nonrefundable, but you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us before the event begins. No-shows are nonrefundable.

If Analog cancels an event, we will refund the ticket price and any taxes collected through our checkout. If we reschedule an event and you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund.

Any different cancellation policy for a particular event will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Outside hosts and workshops

Some events are led by independent hosts. Review the event description and any participation information provided before attending.

Participation in individual activities is voluntary. A host may require a separate participation agreement for a particular workshop. These terms do not replace that agreement.

Personal belongings

Please take care of your personal belongings and collect your phone and other items before leaving.

Tell the host promptly if an item is lost, damaged, or missing. The availability of a locker does not guarantee against loss or damage. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

Closures and service changes

We will communicate planned closures and significant changes when reasonably possible.

If an extended closure materially prevents us from providing paid membership access, we will contact affected members about an appropriate credit, extension, or refund.

Website use

Please use our website lawfully. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use our name or content in a way that falsely suggests our endorsement.

Intellectual property

Original writing, imagery, logos, and other brand materials owned by Analog IP LLC are protected by intellectual property laws. Other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You may share links to our content. Copying, republishing, selling, or otherwise using protected materials requires permission from the relevant owner, except as permitted by law.

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. If you notice an error or have a question about an offer, contact hello@goanalog.club.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Texas law, subject to applicable federal law and any consumer rights that cannot be waived.
