A fast, funny team tournament where players draw, teammates guess and artistic talent is entirely optional.
We’re testing a new Analog Night and we need 12 good-humored people willing to help us draw it into existence.
Analog Win, Lose or Draw is a team drawing-and-guessing tournament in which artistic talent is entirely optional and may not even be helpful. Players take turns drawing prompts while their teammates race to identify what they’re attempting to create.
For this first beta event, we’ll form four teams of three and test the rounds, rules, pacing and scoring before opening the tournament more widely on another week. Expect fast drawings, confident misinterpretations and at least a few images no one will ever be able to explain.
The beta is free, but player space is limited to the first 12 people who register. Because every player matters to their team, please reserve a spot only if you expect to attend and let us know in the event that you will be unable to attend.
We may also accept a small number of alternates and spectators. Alternates can step in if a registered player cancels. Spectators can follow the competition, cheer on the teams and help us evaluate the format.
As always, phones will be put away when you arrive. All drawing materials will be provided.
No drawing experience is necessary. Seriously.
