Our Community
We are more than a movement. We are a lifestyle. A community that treasures analog thinking. Analog behavior. Analog habits. We value the pleasure of a good book. A good conversation with friends. Music. Food. A nice cup of tea. We live a life free from distractions — if even for just thirty minutes a day.

A Note from the Founders
Analog began as a personal correction.
For years, we lived in a world of optimization. Physical health, performance, productivity. We both came from a background of physical therapy, Martina specializing in Women’s Health and Darwin in Sports and Orthopedic Rehabilitation. We helped people move better, feel better, and function at a higher level.
After building the practice to nearly a dozen clinics, we decided that we wanted to slow down. We wanted to provide a better environment for our daughter and be able to connect better as a family.
So we sold the physical therapy clinics and moved our family to Mexico.
What we expected was a change in scenery. What we found was a different rhythm entirely.
Life slowed down. We had permission to move more slowly. We watched local communities prioritize family and community. We watched children playing innocently and joyously on dilapitated playground equipment.
We started to read more. (We found that we actually had time to read.)
We started to spend more time without our devices. Indeed, some of our most memorable nights were those when the electricity was out and we played games by candlelight.
The effect was subtle, but undeniable. We started feeling a return to clarity. To calmness. To something that felt… more human. Something that we hadn’t felt in years.
We never positioned ourselves as “Anti-technology idealogues” but, rather, just normal people who appreciate spending parts of our day holding our own attention. Uni-tasking. And, yes, we also still struggle at times to detach ourselves from our devices.
Then we started to wonder if we could create a space that invited people to re-capture their own attentions.
Not quite a café.
Definitely not a coworking space.
And not a wellness studio.
Just a room. A third space.
A space where you could sit, read, think, and just be. An environment free from the constant pull of the digital world. A place where nothing is optimized, and nothing is demanded of you.
We wanted to replicate, in a sense, what we see in the nearby Mexican pueblo. People sharing stories, laughing, talking together in the absence of their devices.
What you experience inside the Analog Room is the result of that exploration.
It’s simple by design, and the details are intentional. It’s built around the simple belief that when you remove the noise, something better tends to return. The feeling of being human returns.
We’re glad you found it.
