ANALOG ROOM MEMBERSHIP TERMS & AGREEMENTS

Welcome to Analog Room.

Analog Room is a space for focused work, reading, creativity, meaningful conversation, and being present. Our community is built around the belief that our attention is valuable, our relationships matter, and some of life's best moments happen when we slow down.

The following Membership Terms, Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk Agreement, and House Agreements establish the expectations and responsibilities associated with membership.

By purchasing a membership and accepting these terms during checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all three sections of this agreement.

PART I — MEMBERSHIP TERMS

1. Membership and Eligibility

Membership provides access to Analog Room and its amenities in accordance with the membership plan purchased, current operating hours, availability, and club policies.

Membership is personal, nontransferable, and may not be shared, assigned, or resold.

Membership constitutes a revocable right to access and use Analog Room and does not convey ownership, equity, voting rights, profit participation, or any other financial interest in the business.

Analog Room reserves the right to establish reasonable eligibility requirements and membership capacity limits.

2. Membership Plans and Pricing

Analog Room offers monthly and annual membership options.

Membership prices, promotional rates, and included benefits are those disclosed at the time of purchase. Current published pricing may differ from pricing available to existing members, founding members, or members participating in promotional offers.

Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be disclosed at checkout.

Unless otherwise specified, membership includes access during regular operating hours, use of designated shared areas, Wi-Fi, and complimentary house coffee, tea, and water, subject to availability.

Specialty beverages, food, ticketed events, private gatherings, workshops, and certain other offerings may carry additional charges.

Membership does not guarantee a dedicated desk, assigned chair, private office, storage locker, or exclusive use of any particular space.

3. Membership Activation

Membership begins on the activation date communicated at enrollment, generally the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

Membership access is subject to payment confirmation and compliance with these agreements.

Complimentary trials and promotional visits are governed by their separately communicated terms and do not automatically create a paid membership unless the customer expressly enrolls in a paid plan.

4. Billing and Automatic Renewal

Monthly memberships automatically renew each month at the applicable membership rate until canceled.

Annual memberships automatically renew each year at the applicable membership rate until canceled, unless the specific offer purchased expressly provides otherwise.

By purchasing an automatically renewing membership, you authorize Analog Room and its designated payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

Renewal frequency, price, and any applicable taxes are disclosed during checkout.

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information. Failed or declined payments may result in interrupted access or suspension of membership after reasonable notice.

Existing promotional or grandfathered pricing will remain in effect for the period promised under the applicable offer. Any subsequent pricing changes will be communicated in advance as required by applicable law.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Members may cancel their recurring membership at any time prior to the next renewal.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically terminate access for the already-paid period.

Monthly membership access generally continues through the end of the current paid billing period.

Annual membership access generally continues through the end of the current paid annual term.

Membership payments are nonrefundable, and unused membership time is not prorated, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by Analog Room.

Members may request cancellation through the subscription management option provided by Stripe, when available, or by emailing hello@goanalog.club.

Cancellation requests submitted by email must identify the membership account. Analog Room will process valid requests within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.

6. Founding and Promotional Memberships

Members enrolled under a founding, discounted, or promotional membership offer retain the benefits and pricing expressly promised at the time of enrollment, subject to the conditions of that offer.

Founding membership pricing may remain in effect as long as the membership remains continuously active and in good standing, where such a benefit was included in the original offer.

A voluntarily canceled or terminated founding membership does not automatically entitle the individual to reinstatement at the original rate.

Founding status carries no ownership or financial interest in Analog Room.

7. Operating Hours and Access

Analog Room's regular focus hours are generally Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, subject to change.

Additional evening, weekend, and event hours may be offered at Analog Room's discretion.

Operating hours may be extended, reduced, or modified to accommodate events, holidays, private functions, maintenance, safety needs, or other business circumstances.

Membership does not guarantee unlimited access at all times, a particular level of seating availability, or access to every area of the premises.

Analog Room will make reasonable efforts to communicate material operating changes to members.

8. Workspace and Shared Amenities

Analog Room provides a shared environment for reading, writing, thoughtful work, creative pursuits, and human connection.

Laptops are welcome for quiet, individual work in designated spaces.

Phone calls, video meetings, virtual conferences, speakerphone use, and other disruptive electronic communication are not permitted within the shared rooms.

Members may not use Analog Room as a private office, conduct activities that interfere with other guests, or occupy shared space in a manner inconsistent with its intended use.

Members are expected to respect seating availability, shared resources, Wi-Fi access, and the needs of other guests.

Internet and other amenities are provided on an as-available basis. Analog Room does not guarantee uninterrupted service, internet speeds, or uninterrupted access to equipment.

9. Phone Storage and Digital Device Policy

A defining feature of Analog Room is our commitment to protecting attention.

Members and guests are expected to silence and store their mobile phones in the designated lockers or storage areas during their visits, except as otherwise authorized by staff for accessibility, medical, emergency, or other reasonable needs.

Smartwatches and other notification-producing devices should be silenced and used discreetly.

Laptops and tablets may be used for quiet work, reading, or creative activities, provided they do not create noise, distraction, or disruption.

Necessary phone use should generally take place outside the shared rooms.

By joining Analog Room, members agree to respect and participate in these practices.

10. Events, Programming, and Activities

Analog Room may host book discussions, reading gatherings, workshops, classes, guided experiences, community activities, and private events.

Some activities may require advance reservations, separate tickets, or additional fees.

Membership does not automatically include free admission to ticketed events unless explicitly stated in the purchased membership benefits.

Event schedules, instructors, formats, prices, and availability may change.

Specific events or activities may be subject to additional participation requirements and waivers.

11. Guests and Visitors

Guest privileges, when offered, are governed by the terms of the member's plan and current club policies.

Guests may be required to register, purchase a day pass, or acknowledge applicable visitor policies.

Members are responsible for informing their guests of Analog Room's house expectations.

Guest access may be restricted by capacity, scheduling, or other operational needs.

Guest privileges are not transferable and are not guaranteed unless expressly included in the membership plan.

12. Conduct and Community Standards

Analog Room is committed to maintaining a welcoming, respectful, and comfortable environment.

Members agree to treat other members, guests, employees, facilitators, and staff with courtesy and consideration.

Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, aggressive conduct, illegal activity, deliberate property damage, and repeated disruption of the shared atmosphere are prohibited.

Analog Room may deny entry, remove individuals, suspend access, or terminate membership for serious or repeated violations of club policies.

Where appropriate, Analog Room may provide an opportunity to correct conduct before terminating membership. Immediate removal may occur when warranted by safety or serious misconduct.

Refund eligibility following termination will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the termination.

13. Food and Beverages

Complimentary house beverages may be included with membership, subject to availability.

Specialty beverages, food, and other items may be offered for an additional charge.

Outside food and beverage policies may be established by management and communicated to members.

Alcoholic beverages, when offered at authorized events or other permitted occasions, are subject to applicable laws and service restrictions.

Members agree to disclose relevant food allergies or dietary concerns when ordering and remain responsible for their personal consumption decisions.

14. Personal Property

Members are responsible for their personal belongings, including laptops, phones, bags, books, and other valuables.

Storage lockers and designated storage spaces are provided as a convenience and do not constitute a guarantee of security.

Analog Room is not an insurer of personal property and is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage except to the extent caused by conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Members should not leave valuable items unattended.

15. Privacy and Photography

Analog Room respects members' expectations of privacy and discretion.

Members may not photograph, film, or record other members or guests without their consent.

Commercial photography, filming, interviews, and content creation on the premises require management approval.

Analog Room may occasionally document events, the physical environment, or programming for marketing or archival purposes.

Reasonable efforts will be made to obtain permission before featuring an identifiable member or guest in promotional materials. Membership alone does not constitute a blanket grant of publicity rights.

Personal information is handled in accordance with Analog Room's published Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to Membership Terms and Services

Analog Room may reasonably modify operating policies, schedules, amenities, programming, and membership offerings as the business evolves.

Material changes to pricing, recurring billing, or membership terms will be communicated in advance where required by law.

Changes will not retroactively alter amounts already paid for a membership period.

Continued membership following proper notice of updated terms may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

17. Governing Law

These Membership Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

PART II — LIABILITY WAIVER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

1. Acknowledgment of Risks

I acknowledge that entering and using Analog Room, participating in activities, and accessing its amenities may involve ordinary and foreseeable risks.

Such risks may include, but are not limited to:

• Slips, trips, falls, and other accidents

• Injuries associated with furniture, stairs, fixtures, or equipment

• Incidents occurring during classes, workshops, events, or group activities

• Reactions to food, beverages, or other consumable products

• Interactions with other members, guests, or visitors

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

• Risks associated with entering, exiting, and moving throughout the premises

I understand that not all potential risks can be identified or eliminated.

2. Voluntary Participation and Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily choose to enter and participate in activities at Analog Room.

I acknowledge and assume the ordinary risks inherent in such participation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

I agree to exercise reasonable care for my own safety and the safety of others and to follow posted safety instructions and reasonable directions from staff.

3. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, I agree to release Analog Room, its owners, managers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and representatives from claims arising solely from the ordinary, inherent risks I have voluntarily assumed while using the premises and participating in activities.

This provision is not intended to release claims that cannot legally be waived, including claims involving gross negligence, reckless conduct, intentional misconduct, or other nonwaivable responsibilities.

Any release of claims arising from the ordinary negligence of a released party must satisfy applicable Texas law, including requirements concerning express notice and conspicuous presentation. No such release should be assumed valid solely because these terms have been accepted electronically.

4. Personal Health and Participation

I understand that Analog Room is a community and hospitality environment and is not a medical or mental health treatment facility.

Ordinary club membership does not constitute medical advice, psychological treatment, or a therapeutic relationship.

I am responsible for determining whether participation in an activity is appropriate for my own health and circumstances.

Specialized classes, workshops, or facilitated activities may have additional participation requirements.

5. Personal Property and Lockers

I acknowledge that I remain responsible for personal property brought onto the premises.

I understand that lockers and storage areas are provided for convenience and that Analog Room does not guarantee protection against theft, damage, or loss.

Analog Room does not assume responsibility for device data, electronic malfunctions, or unauthorized access to devices except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Food and Beverage Consumption

I understand that consumption of food and beverages carries potential risks, including allergic reactions and other adverse responses.

I am responsible for making informed consumption decisions and notifying staff of relevant allergies or dietary concerns when ordering.

If alcohol is served during an authorized event, I agree to consume it responsibly and comply with applicable laws.

7. Emergencies and Safety

I agree to notify Analog Room staff promptly of unsafe conditions, accidents, injuries, or other circumstances requiring attention.

In an emergency, staff may contact emergency services as reasonably appropriate.

I remain responsible for my personal medical decisions and any associated healthcare costs, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

8. Severability

If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent legally permissible.

9. Acknowledgment

By accepting this agreement electronically, I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to read and review its provisions and understand that it addresses assumption of risk, personal responsibility, and limitations on certain legal claims.

I understand that electronic acknowledgment is intended to document my acceptance of these terms, subject to applicable law.

PART III — THE ANALOG ROOM HOUSE AGREEMENTS

These are the understandings that help make Analog Room what it is.

We believe the best communities aren't built entirely on rules. They're built on the small ways people choose to care for a shared experience.

These agreements are part of what makes Analog different.

1. We Protect Attention

Our attention is one of the most valuable things we have.

At Analog Room, we put our phones away, step out of the constant stream of notifications, and give ourselves permission to be fully engaged in whatever we choose to do.

That might mean reading, working, writing, thinking, listening to music, or simply doing nothing at all.

Phones belong in the lockers during visits, with reasonable exceptions for accessibility, medical needs, or emergencies.

2. We Welcome Focused Work

Analog Room is a place where meaningful work can happen without the constant interruptions of the modern workplace.

Laptops are welcome.

Phone calls, Zoom meetings, video conferences, and disruptive digital communication are not.

We ask members to work thoughtfully and respect the concentration of those around them.

You can be productive here. You just don't have to perform productivity.

3. We Respect the Different Rhythms of the Room

Some spaces are intended for quiet reading, reflection, and focused thought.

Others invite conversation, games, shared experiences, and connection.

We welcome both.

Please be mindful of the atmosphere in each area and the experience of those around you.

Quiet is something we protect, not something we impose on every moment.

4. We Value Presence Over Performance

There is no requirement to be busy, productive, interesting, or entertaining.

You don't need a reason to sit with a book, enjoy a cup of coffee, work through an idea, or strike up a conversation.

You are welcome to simply be here.

5. We Practice Thoughtful Hospitality

Every member contributes to the atmosphere of Analog Room.

A warm greeting, a small kindness, or an invitation into conversation can make someone feel welcome.

We encourage genuine connection without requiring social participation.

Some people come to be with others. Some come to be quietly alongside them.

Both belong here.

6. We Care for the Space Together

The books, furniture, records, games, artwork, and shared spaces are here for everyone.

Please treat them with consideration, return shared items when finished, and leave spaces ready for the next guest.

Small acts of care help maintain the feeling that makes Analog special.

7. We Respect Privacy

People come to Analog Room for many reasons, including the opportunity to step away from constant visibility and documentation.

Please ask permission before photographing, filming, or recording anyone.

Respect the privacy of conversations and the personal space of other members.
