ANALOG ROOM MEMBERSHIP TERMS

These Membership Terms govern membership in Analog Room. By purchasing, maintaining, or using a membership, you agree to these terms.
Membership
Membership provides access to Analog Room and its offerings in accordance with the membership level selected and the current policies of Analog Room.
Membership is a revocable license to access and use the club and does not create any ownership interest, equity, voting rights, or financial participation in Analog Room.
Memberships are personal and may not be transferred, assigned, shared, resold, or used by any person other than the member.
Founding Membership
Founding Membership is limited in quantity and available only to individuals accepted during the founding membership period.
Founding Members receive founder pricing for as long as their membership remains active and in good standing.
Founder pricing and founder status are permanently forfeited if a membership is canceled, terminated, suspended for non-payment, or otherwise allowed to lapse. Founder pricing and founder status cannot be reinstated once forfeited.
Founding Membership does not confer ownership, equity, voting rights, profit participation, or any other financial interest in Analog Room.
Membership Start Date
Membership benefits begin on August 3, 2026, unless otherwise specified by Analog Room.
Members who join prior to August 3, 2026 may receive access to preview events, early access opportunities, or other benefits at the discretion of Analog Room.
Billing and Renewal
Monthly memberships automatically renew each month until canceled.
Annual memberships automatically renew annually unless canceled prior to renewal.
Members authorize Analog Room and its payment processors to charge the payment method on file for all membership fees and applicable taxes.
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and payment information.
Cancellation
Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not result in a refund of charges already paid.
Annual memberships may be canceled prior to renewal but are not eligible for prorated refunds.
Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Membership Benefits
Membership benefits may include access to club facilities, classes, events, programming, discounts, member pricing, or other offerings.
Membership benefits, amenities, operating hours, programming, pricing structures, services, and offerings may be modified, expanded, reduced, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Analog Room does not guarantee the availability of any specific class, event, service, amenity, beverage, product, instructor, operating schedule, or program.
Events and Classes
Certain events, classes, workshops, or programs may require separate registration or additional fees.
Participation in specific activities may be limited by capacity, scheduling, availability, or other operational considerations.
Guest Access
Guest policies may be established, modified, suspended, or revoked at the discretion of Analog Room.
Members are responsible for the conduct of any guests they bring to the premises and must be present while guest is at Analog Room.
Club Access
Membership does not guarantee access during all hours or on all days.
Analog Room may close portions of the premises or suspend access for private events, maintenance, holidays, staff training, safety concerns, special programming, or other operational reasons.
Conduct and Community Standards
Members are expected to comply with all Membership Terms, House Agreements, posted policies, and reasonable staff instructions.
Analog Room reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate membership, deny entry, or remove individuals from the premises whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, abusive, threatening, or inconsistent with the culture and wellbeing of the community.
Memberships terminated for conduct violations are not eligible for refunds.
Assumption of Risk and Waiver
Membership is subject to the Analog Room Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk Agreement, which is incorporated into these Membership Terms by reference.
Privacy and Photography
Members agree to comply with Analog Room privacy policies and House Agreements regarding photography, recording, and member privacy.
Changes to Terms
Analog Room may update these Membership Terms from time to time.
Continued membership or use of the club following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Membership Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

ANALOG ROOM LIABILITY WAIVER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

By entering, participating in activities at, or maintaining a membership with Analog Room, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in activities at Analog Room involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Slips, trips, and falls
Injuries resulting from the use of furniture, fixtures, equipment, games, books, or other amenities
Injuries occurring during classes, workshops, demonstrations, or events
Risks associated with the consumption of food, coffee, tea, wine, beer, or other beverages
Risks associated with interactions with other members, guests, and visitors
Risks associated with entering, exiting, and moving throughout the premises
I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with my presence at and participation in activities at Analog Room.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and discharge Analog Room, its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, landlords, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or relating to my participation in activities at Analog Room, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Health and Personal Responsibility
I acknowledge that I am responsible for determining whether I am physically and mentally able to participate in any activity offered at Analog Room.
I agree to exercise reasonable care for my own safety and the safety of others while on the premises.
Alcohol Consumption
If alcoholic beverages are served or consumed on the premises, I agree to do so responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws.
I understand that I am solely responsible for my decisions, actions, transportation arrangements, and conduct before, during, and after consuming alcohol.
Personal Property
I understand that Analog Room is not responsible for the loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of personal property brought onto the premises, including but not limited to phones, computers, books, bags, clothing, jewelry, vehicles, or other belongings.
Phone Lockers and Device Storage
As part of the Analog Room experience, members and guests may voluntarily place phones, smartwatches, tablets, laptops, and other personal devices in lockers or designated storage areas.
I understand and agree that:
Analog Room does not guarantee the security of any device or personal property placed in a locker.
Analog Room is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, unauthorized access, data loss, or malfunction of any device or personal property stored in a locker or elsewhere on the premises.
I assume all risks associated with storing personal devices and belongings while visiting Analog Room.
Photography and Media
Analog Room may occasionally photograph or document events and activities for promotional, historical, or marketing purposes.
By entering the premises, I grant Analog Room permission to use photographs or recordings that may include my likeness unless I notify staff in advance that I prefer not to be photographed.
Compliance With Club Policies
I agree to comply with all posted rules, membership policies, staff instructions, and community guidelines.
I understand that failure to comply with these policies may result in suspension or termination of membership, removal from the premises, or denial of future access.
Severability
If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Acknowledgment
I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk Agreement.
I understand that by entering the premises, participating in activities, purchasing a day pass, registering for an event, or maintaining an active membership, I voluntarily accept and agree to these terms.
THE ANALOG ROOM HOUSE AGREEMENTS
Analog Room exists because many of us felt something was missing.
These agreements are not rules in the traditional sense. They are shared understandings that help preserve the atmosphere and experience that members come here to enjoy.
We Protect Attention
Phones and devices remain tucked away while we are here.
By removing the constant pull of notifications and screens, we create space for reading, conversation, reflection, creativity, and presence.
We Respect Silence
Some rooms are designed for quiet.
Silence is not an absence of activity. It is one of the things we are here to enjoy.
Please help protect it.
We Value Depth Over Performance
There is nothing to optimize here.
No audience to impress.
No pressure to network.
No expectation to be productive.
You are welcome to read, think, write, play a game, listen to music, have a conversation, or simply sit for a while.
We Practice Thoughtful Hospitality
Every member contributes to the atmosphere of the room.
A warm greeting, a small kindness, or an invitation into conversation can make someone feel at home.
We Care for the Space Together
Books, furniture, games, records, artwork, and shared amenities are part of the experience we are creating together.
Please treat them with care.
We Respect Privacy
Many members come here because it feels different from the outside world.
Please respect the privacy of others and avoid photographing or recording members without their permission.
We Assume Good Intent
We are building a diverse community of readers, thinkers, creators, and curious people.
When misunderstandings occur, we begin with generosity and respect.
We Evolve the Culture Together
No document can perfectly define what Analog Room will become.
The culture of the room will be shaped over time by the people who spend time here.
We ask only that you leave the room a little better than you found it.
