ANALOG ROOM LIABILITY WAIVER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

By entering, participating in activities at, or maintaining a membership with Analog Room, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in activities at Analog Room involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Slips, trips, and falls

  • Injuries resulting from the use of furniture, fixtures, equipment, games, books, or other amenities

  • Injuries occurring during classes, workshops, demonstrations, or events

  • Risks associated with the consumption of food, coffee, tea, wine, beer, or other beverages

  • Risks associated with interactions with other members, guests, and visitors

  • Risks associated with entering, exiting, and moving throughout the premises

I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with my presence at and participation in activities at Analog Room.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and discharge Analog Room, its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, landlords, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or relating to my participation in activities at Analog Room, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Health and Personal Responsibility

I acknowledge that I am responsible for determining whether I am physically and mentally able to participate in any activity offered at Analog Room.

I agree to exercise reasonable care for my own safety and the safety of others while on the premises.

Alcohol Consumption

If alcoholic beverages are served or consumed on the premises, I agree to do so responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws.

I understand that I am solely responsible for my decisions, actions, transportation arrangements, and conduct before, during, and after consuming alcohol.

Personal Property

I understand that Analog Room is not responsible for the loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of personal property brought onto the premises, including but not limited to phones, computers, books, bags, clothing, jewelry, vehicles, or other belongings.

Phone Lockers and Device Storage

As part of the Analog Room experience, members and guests may voluntarily place phones, smartwatches, tablets, laptops, and other personal devices in lockers or designated storage areas.

I understand and agree that:

  • Analog Room does not guarantee the security of any device or personal property placed in a locker.

  • Analog Room is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, unauthorized access, data loss, or malfunction of any device or personal property stored in a locker or elsewhere on the premises.

  • I assume all risks associated with storing personal devices and belongings while visiting Analog Room.

Photography and Media

Analog Room may occasionally photograph or document events and activities for promotional, historical, or marketing purposes.

By entering the premises, I grant Analog Room permission to use photographs or recordings that may include my likeness unless I notify staff in advance that I prefer not to be photographed.

Compliance With Club Policies

I agree to comply with all posted rules, membership policies, staff instructions, and community guidelines.

I understand that failure to comply with these policies may result in suspension or termination of membership, removal from the premises, or denial of future access.

Severability

If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk Agreement.

I understand that by entering the premises, participating in activities, purchasing a day pass, registering for an event, or maintaining an active membership, I voluntarily accept and agree to these terms.
